No deposit is necessary. There will be a $20 administrative fee upon signing your rental contract. Upon vacating your unit, if it is left tidy, there will be no further fees. However, there is a $50 fee if there is anything that still needs to be removed, or if there is any dirt, debris, or damage.
Units can be accessed daily from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm
Our website makes it easy for you to manage all your payments online at any time. Set up automatic payments with a credit card or pay online and manage your account every month with our easy-to-use Customer Payment Portal. Rent can also be paid via e-transfer or feel free to stop by and pay in person.
